Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Store Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-centricity.

2. Operational Excellence: Ensure all Dunkin' stores in your district adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols. Monitor and improve store efficiency and customer service.

3. Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase customer traffic, and achieve revenue targets for each store in your district.

4. Financial Management: Manage and analyze financial performance, budgets, and expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

5. Training and Development: Provide training and support to Store Managers and their teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.

6. Quality Assurance: Maintain Dunkin' quality standards for products and service across all locations, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer experiences.

7. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, supply orders, and distribution to ensure product availability and minimize waste.

8. Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Dunkin' franchise requirements.

9. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in multi-unit management within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Financial acumen and budget management experience.

• A passion for Dunkin' and a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to travel within the district as needed.
