Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift

Job Description

Conduct maintenance duties for the entire plant and maintenance on the mobile fleet and rolling stock. Change drives, troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors, and replace conveyors. Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of equipment. Responsible for metal fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed.

Hard Skills

  • 3-5 years of Maintenance experience in a quarry, concrete plant, or recycling plant

  • Experience with conveyors, shakers, screening machines

  • Welding and fabricating experience

  • Experience with changing drives and 3-phase motors

  • Experience performing maintenance on mobile vehicles

  • Experience with high speed automation

  • Electrical experience

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Crum Lynne, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm OR Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with overtime as needed. Steel-toed boots and casual dress are required.
