Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift

Job Description

We seek a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. You will conduct maintenance duties for the entire plant, including the mobile fleet and rolling stock. Responsibilities include changing drives, troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase motors, replacing conveyors, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment. Additionally, you will handle metal fabrication, cutting, and welding as needed.

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a quarry, concrete plant, or recycling plant

• Experience with conveyors, shakers, and screening machines

• Welding and fabricating experience

• Electrical experience for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

• Maintenance on mobile vehicles

• Experience with high-speed automation

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Crum Lynne, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Clean plant with highly sophisticated machinery, QA lab, and computer control rooms. The plant spans 300,000 sq ft. Work hours are Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm OR Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed. Steel-toed boots and casual dress are required.
