DonLevy Laboratories, part of the IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group, is now accepting applications for a part-time Laboratory Courier position at its facility in Crown Point, IN.

DonLevy Laboratories is an independent, commercial food testing laboratory dedicated to food safety and committed to providing solutions for quality challenges throughout the supply chain. We perform microbiological and chemistry analyses on environmental, raw material, and finished product samples submitted by food companies industry-wide.

Ideal candidates will possess the following: A high school diploma or GED (required); an associate degree in Biology or related field (preferred) Detail-oriented approach and strong communication in handling all tasks Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Ability to regularly lift up to 30lbs above waist level Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs above waist level Sound judgment in day-to-day interactions A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Laboratory Courier duties include safely transporting samples from customers to the lab on a fixed schedule and other duties as assigned.

This is a part-time position (25-35 hours per week) and the start time is between 6am and 9am. The candidate must be available every day of the week and must be willing to drive throughout the Chicagoland area.
