Innovative Industries is seeking a part-timeJob Coach to provide supervision to consumer-employees at community work sites. Desired skills:Professional, self motivated, organized, ability to assist others reach their highest work potential, punctual, dependable, and basic computer skills. Essenstial Job Functions:

• Provide direct supervision and instruction to consumer-employees as needed
• Maintain productive working relationships with consumer-employees and employers
• Maintain accurate records
• Provide documentation which meets all requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of consumer-employees

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have valid Iowa driver's license and good driving record
