Description

We are currently seeking an IT Manager to join our team located in Warrensville, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the technology infrastructure operates seamlessly, supporting all business objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of IT systems, from strategic planning and implementation to maintenance and security.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.

• Drive the development and execution of our IT strategy, aligning technology with business goals.

• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet defined quality standards.

• Implement robust security measures to protect our data and systems from threats.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and evaluate performance of IT vendors and service providers.

• Utilize skills in Windows, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Linux, Azure Sentinel and Cyber Security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Manager role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.

• Familiarity with Linux and Cyber Security is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
