Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 8 years in a recruiting role with experience leading teams and projects.

The team is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services across North America. The Lead, People Resourcing reports to the Senior Team Lead of People Resourcing in GBS HR NA.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to develop and forge relationships with leadership and manage teams with high volume recruiting loads. Process and operational excellence driven, ensuring continuous improvement. Ability to manage both up and down ensuring all parties have the knowledge needed to drive successful recruitments and manage volume.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of region-based People Resourcing Specialists (PRS) focused on driving full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers. Work with Sr. Team Lead to establish goals and cascade to the team and manage performance/team development. Mentor PRS's and drive the delivery of KPIs and strong customer service. In partnership with Regional HR leaders and site HR, understand overall recruitment needs and develop marketing/recruitment plans to effectively attract talent to the sites supported. Delegate and manage day-to-day workload of PRS's ensuring recruitments are evenly distributed and team is cross-supporting, where needed. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and technology and make recommendations on process, tools and resources that will improve efficiency and effectiveness.
