Job Title: 1st Shift Industrial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled industrial painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in prepping and painting parts using various techniques and equipment. This role requires someone with a strong attendance record and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint parts using industrial painting techniques.

• Operate spray guns and other painting equipment.

• Perform blasting, sanding, and powder coating as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear, including steel-toed boots and eye protection.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months industrial painting experience.

• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.

• Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.

• Strong attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in auto body painting.

• Familiarity with paint booths and industrial paint processes.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing environment within a refurbished old building. The work area may be dirty and subject to temperature fluctuations, being potentially cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The team is small, and safety gear including steel-toed boots and eye protection is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CRESSON, Pennsylvania.
