Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshooting tasks. The role involves rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, and addressing issues with hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, and sprockets. Additionally, the technician will troubleshoot 480V, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, control panels, and utilize multimeters. Experience with robotic (Fanuc) troubleshooting is also required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic hoses.

• Handle electrical troubleshooting tasks involving 480V, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, and control panels.

• Utilize multimeters for electrical diagnostics.

• Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robotics.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment year-round. Safety is a top priority, with numerous robotics and automatic driverless tuggers in operation. The plant has multiple breakrooms, including one large breakroom offering refrigerated or microwave meals and various beverages. Employees receive a paid 20-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks per shift. We have openings for the following shifts: 1st Shift (6:30am - 2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm) with a $1 shift differential, and 3rd Shift (10:30pm - 6:30am) with a $1 shift differential.
