Description

We are offering an engaging role based in Cranston, Rhode Island. This role is ideal for those skilled in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks. The candidate will be joining our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, responsible for a variety of tasks related to credit and billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer credit applications with precision and speed

• Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate

• Address customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments

• Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data

• Use your knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing to enhance our financial operations

• Apply your skills in Cash Applications to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions

• Contribute to the team's goals and objectives through effective and efficient task completion

• Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase team productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience in billing and cash applications

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Willingness to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
