Job Summary In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our project pipeline and shaping the future direction of our organization. Without having solid line direct reports, you will be a key contributor to the execution of technology that meets our business needs, serving as a technical leader within your department and across adjacent groups. You will lead a team or provide significant direction, setting new goals and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Your strong track record of technical delivery will enhance business value, and you will effectively manage technical programs, influencing others to focus on critical program elements. Job Responsibilities: Scientific and Engineering Methodologies: Applies broad technical knowledge to solve complex problems and provide strategic consultation. Uses innovation credibility to broaden scope and influence critical program elements. Business, Competitor, Market, and Customer Expertise: Understands long-term industry needs and market trends, partnering effectively with various stakeholders. Possesses deep knowledge of business, products, and competition to influence technology and business decisions. Applies advanced business and economic principles to maintain competitive advantage and create measurable financial impact. Intellectual Property and Documentation: Involved in IP protection strategy and recognizes the competitive landscape. Ensures freedom to operate and captures knowledge in company documents. May serve as Technology Guardian for specific areas. Collaborative Leadership: Successfully partners with diverse team members and stakeholders. Motivates and inspires teams to deliver results and serves as a mentor and role model. IFF Culture, Ethics, and EH&S: Implements significant safety programs and develops strategies to improve EH&S conditions.
