Job Posting: Accounts Receivable Analyst (Contract)

Duration: 6 months with potential for extension based on budget and performance

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

6+month assignment

$30-32/hr

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable (A/R) Analyst with extensive experience in SAP and high-volume payment processing to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing A/R functions related to business-to-business (B2B) payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing while identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process B2B payments in a high-volume environment, including remittances, deductions, and discounts.

  • Ensure A/R activities comply with corporate norms and training standards, supporting the Cash Service team.

  • Identify and escalate risks for resolution and propose process improvements for greater efficiency.

  • Utilize SAP for A/R postings and manage consumer product payment workflows.

  • Maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and contribute to reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

  • 3-5 years of A/R experience, preferably in a consumer product-related corporate environment.

  • Expertise in SAP A/R postings and handling large volumes of payment transactions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

  • Familiarity with robotic process automation tools, such as HighRadius or similar Invoice-to-Cash platforms, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Important: Candidates must be able to work onsite three days a week as part of the hybrid schedule.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
