What you will do Work independently with oversight on company initiatives Work with our sales team to provide solutions for our customers' complex commercial building requirements. Develop presentations, in conjunction with our account executives, to educate customers on JCI's capabilities. Coordinate with senior managers on strategic initiatives relating to Sales, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Engineering.

How you will do it: Learn and gain access to multiple back-office systems. Collaborate with Account Executive teams on strategic initiatives. Learn about JCI capabilities through taking short courses on our JCI Learning platform. Utilize state of the art cloud-based platforms to perform work. Engage with the team in person and/or remote through MS Teams.

What we look for

RequiredQualifications: Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, marketing, or other relevant field An effective communicator to all levels of the organization Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred Strong problem-solving skills HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21-24, Hourly rate to be determined by education level, i.e., current year in school
