As a Behavior Health Technician, you will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide personalized behavior support services in homes and/or community settings.   • An unstoppable passion for excellence and an unquestionable commitment to those we serve?

  • Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities? Ex: Nanny, Day Care Professional, Teacher, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional/TSS, Direct Support Professionals or,

  • Educational experience in a field that relates to our industry? Ex: Psychology, Education/Special Education, Sociology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work.

  • Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and are you at least 18 years old?

  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle? Ride sharing and public transportation are not permitted for this position.

  • Ability to work during evenings and after school hours? Client sessions are typically after school, Monday-Friday, and 2-6 hours in length.

  • Ability to start working in a part time role as we develop and grow your caseload. 

  • Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities? 

    What are the core responsibilities?

  • Be able to smile, laugh, have fun, play, be silly, nurture, have compassion, forgive, be present, be open, and make learning fun for them.

  • Be a part of the ongoing success and achievement of our young clients by focusing on their strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.

  • Carry out individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support our young clients within the home and community setting.

  • Collect data as defined within the plan and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. 

  • Help to guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills.

  • Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
