Insight Global Product Owner in Coventry, Rhode Island

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Owner who can sit hybrid out of Greenwich, RI for our Lottery and Gaming Client. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the product vision aligns with business objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include defining and prioritizing the product backlog, creating user stories, and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, and continuously refine the product roadmap based on feedback and changing priorities. Your ability to influence without authority will be key in driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams. Additionally, you will present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging your strong communication skills to advocate for the product vision. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliver value to the organization.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product management in a related field.

2+ years of specific experience as a Business Analyst

Ability to influence without authority, working effectively with technical and cross-functional teams who do not report directly to this role.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations persuasively, and confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization.

Ability to learn new business areas, processes, tools, and technologies as needed.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience working with Jira.

Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Lottery or gaming Industry experience null
