Apartment Management Consultants, LLC Bank Requisition Specialist in Cottonwood Heights, Utah
We are currently seeking a Bank Requisition Specialist!
The Bank Requisition Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for both the property and corporate staff.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with accounting tasks for the disposition of properties
Work with the operations team on post close processes
Prepare site financials until bank accounts are closed
Balance bank recs monthly
Wire funds as needed
Manage multiple projects at once
Requirements:
At least six months of experience in office management/admin type role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to build rapport and work well in a team setting
Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Track record of being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous
Additional Information: This position will also help with setting new vendors up in our vendor database.

Compensation: Full-Time $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
