We are currently seeking a Bank Requisition Specialist!

The Bank Requisition Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for both the property and corporate staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with accounting tasks for the disposition of properties

• Work with the operations team on post close processes

• Prepare site financials until bank accounts are closed

• Balance bank recs monthly

• Wire funds as needed

• Manage multiple projects at once

  Requirements:

• At least six months of experience in office management/admin type role

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to build rapport and work well in a team setting

• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Track record of being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to remain professional and courteous

  Additional Information: This position will also help with setting new vendors up in our vendor database.

  Compensation: Full-Time $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
