ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading distribution center, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Cottage Grove, WI
Pay Range: $17-$18.50
What's the Job?
Receive incoming orders for parts, accessories, or products by inspecting documentation and matching with items received.
Notify supervisors of any discrepancies for further processing.
Unload received items from trucks and transfer them to designated stock locations.
Pick orders by visually identifying part numbers, quantities, and types.
Package orders using approved methods to ensure safe shipping and move them to appropriate staging locations.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED; a degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to operate heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording transactions.
Commitment to following safety procedures and using judgment to ensure safe work methods.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
