VCA Animal Hospital of Cotati in Cotati, California is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our talented team as Medical Director.

Sign-on Bonus up to $75k with a two-year+ commitment!

We are seeking a full time Medical Director who values being part of a team, who has common sense, high standards of medicine, empathy, confidence, and who finds enjoyment in building relationships. This individual will be an asset as they develop a loyal client base. Experience is preferred. Opportunities available to develop and expand medical interests.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed.

The hospital is located in the heart of wine country. Cotati is about 45 minutes north of San Francisco in Sonoma County. Sonoma County provides many desirable places to live. There is something for everyone. A short drive to the coast, the Russian River, many beautiful wineries nearby.

The annual salary range for a full-time (4 days per week) position is between $150k and $200k, depending on experience. Compensation is negotiable and qualified candidates may be eligible for other pay programs.
