Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording statistical data, analyzing this data to validate or show deviations from existing standards, and recommending modifications to existing methods and procedures. The role involves quality inspection using various measuring tools.
Responsibilities
Record statistical data accurately.
Analyze data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards.
Recommend modifications to existing standards, methods, and procedures.
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools.
Explain quality processes pertaining to previous roles.
Utilize and have experience with torque tools and PCB.
Work hands-on with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, high gauges, torque tools, digital multimeters, components, conductors, and transformers.
Essential Skills
Quality control
Troubleshooting
Electrical knowledge
Experience with PCB, schematics, and wiring
Ability to explain quality processes from previous roles
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with torque tools and PCB
Ability to perform work under direct supervision
Handle basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff
Experience in automotive or medical device backgrounds is acceptable

Work Environment
Work in a clean, organized, and individual-oriented environment. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.
