10693 – Business Systems Analyst I

Purpose:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business System Analyst to join our team. The idle candidate will gain hands on experience in analyzing business process, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of effective solutions. This will offer a pathway to grow further in positions based on performance and company needs.

Essential Functions:

• Understand the Bluelink and Kia connect products for both US and Canada region

• Collaborate with business and other stakeholders and do requirement elicitation using the suitable technique

• Detail the business requirements to internal stakeholders and translate the business requirements into functional specification document

• Assistant in analyzing the current business process and identifying areas that need an improvement

• Support Sr. Business system analyst for creating Impact Assessment document

• Participate system decision meeting to learn system design and solution architecture to understand the systems for individual growth

• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solution meets business requirements

• Prepare and deliver presentation to internal leadership and other stakeholders

• Assist in UAT and gather user feedback for internal improvements

• Support Project Manager in driving the project end to end 

• Complete the assigned KPI assigned by product manager

   

  Basic Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is required

• Prior experience as an intern in a similar domain is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis tools is a plus

• Proficient in Micro service suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn

   

  Salary Range: $69,390 to $90,200
