Minimum/Required Qualifications Ph.D. or terminal degree in a related field Record of teaching, mentoring, research, outreach, and/or Extension and other professional accomplishments that will support tenure at the rank of Professor. This includes a national/international record of scholarly achievement in research, and/or Extension, instructional and/or service activities within the Toxicology, Environmental Health Sciences, Environmental Chemistry, Ecotoxicology, Exposure Science or related disciplines https://facultyaffairs.oregonstate.edu/faculty-handbook/promotion-and-tenure-guidelines#criteria Broad appreciation of the disciplines that comprise the EMT Department. Active externally funded research program and/or record of securing programmatic support for instruction, research, service, and/or outreach. Leadership experience and demonstrated success as an interdisciplinary team player who actively seeks collaboration and promotes the success of the teams and people with whom they collaborate. Life experience, education, or training that broadens capacity to equalize student success or impact under-served audiences. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to manage and resolve conflicts with various faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders in public agencies and private organizations, growers, volunteers, and the public. Willingness to travel frequently within Oregon.
