Minimum/Required Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, accounting, or field related to assigned responsibilities Five years of strategic budgeting/planning & accounting experience in a university, government, or corporate setting Two years of experience in managing multiple funds and budgets, including directly advising or consulting senior leaders on financial activities Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting and accounting in a dynamic and fast paced setting Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve complex problems Advanced computer skills including use of spreadsheet and enterprise systems Three years of experience in the supervision of full-time staff Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting and as a leader for a responsive and diverse set of business and accounting professionals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable commitment to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment for staff, customers, and campus community.
