Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in agricultural sciences, or closely related field. Previous work experience in a field related to agricultural sciences. Record of/commitment to work with underrepresented/underserved students or other audiences. Excellent computer and communication skills. Competency with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft Excel, as well as with use of web browsers, such as Explorer or Firefox. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skills. Experience in organizing programs, planning recruitment events, preparing advising materials, and communicating with administrators, faculty, and other advisors.
