Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree. Three years of experience working with an NCAA athletic department. Experience managing, organizing, or hosting events. Experience creating and generating reports. Knowledge and experience with database management. Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, with special attention to how they apply to recruiting. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a manner that shows respect and inclusivity for student athletes, stakeholders, and colleagues.
