As the Production Supervisor, you hold a pivotal role. Your responsibility is essential, as you are entrusted with meeting our shipment goals, business objectives, customer needs, and production plans. Your role encompasses production and maintenance planning, crucial for achieving our plans and goals. This position is in the Operations Department and will be in Cortland, NY.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Track record of successfully implementing action plans, problem-solving, conducting root cause analysis, and executing corrective actions.

  • Keep track of performance metrics and stay on top of daily tasks and activities.

  • Empower and guide a team of talented associates to smash business and production goals.

  • Take charge of overseeing manufacturing operations to guarantee the safety, quality, and efficiency needed to meet customer demands on time.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of work-related experience, an associate degree with 5 years of related work experience, or 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

  • Over two years of hands-on experience applying continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

  • Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience in SAP and ADP eTime.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Hands-on experience in a union environment.

  • Experience in Welding and Blueprint Reading is Strongly Preferred.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$93,100. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
