Maintenance Mechanic

The Cortland Housing Authority has openings for full-time Maintenance Mechanic positions.
Graduation from high school or GED and one year of full-time or its' part-time equivalent experience of general building maintenance or skilled trades. The position requires a valid NYS Drivers License. This position pays $21.50 per hour/ $44,720 per year plus weekly on-call and overtime. We have an excellent Benefit Package which includes 80 % of Health and Dental paid by employer; clothing allowance; vision allowance; paid time off includes vacation, sick, personal, and floating holidays, along with most major holidays. This position is in the New York State Retirement System.
