This position offers a pay range of $31.78- $39.57. Placement in the range will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.JM Murray is looking for an individual to promote, coordinate, develop, and oversee all aspects of Day Habilitation and Respite Day Hab services through the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities. They will oversee the delivery of services and supervision of staff and compliance with OPWDD regulations. Designated liaison for First Transit and all transportation providers. Ensure all company vehicles, program equipment and the physical plant are maintained. Responsible for oversight of activities, clinical and consultant services and for the day-to-day direction of nursing services. Ensures accurate and complete records, reviews and approves timecards, provides supervision of employees, assists with hiring staff, completes performance reviews, and provides ongoing feedback and coaching. Skills: Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Efficient use of technology and software. Flexibility to adjust to changes in schedules, assignments and location.
