ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate cabling production equipment, following work instructions and machine standards. Perform and record all applicable quality checks on the product. Perform tension control and dynamic lay length measurements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED Basic Math skills Basic knowledge of calipers, micrometers, reading of dial gauges and tape measures. PREFERRED SKILLS Basic knowledge of cabling equipment and mechanical aptitude ADDITIONAL NOTES The ability to sit in a normal seated position for extended periods of time as well as move freely in an office environment, and lift up to 55# .
