Job Title: Administrative Assistant
FLSA Status: Part Time - non-exempt Reports to: SE Center Coordinator
Schedule: Roughly 24 hours/weekSupervises: N/A

Rate of Pay: $17.00/hour
Benefits: Standard; Part-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual is pro-rated for part-time hours.)
Vacation benefit – 10 vacation days per year, accrued at the rate of .0385 hours for each hour worked, excluding overtime (accrual begins at hire but may not be used until the completion of six months of employment; vacation accrual is pro-rated for part time hours.)
Pension Plan (after one year of continuous service)
Function: Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to the SE Center Coordinator including, but not limited to, supporting Christmas kettle fundraising efforts, coordinating all volunteers including community service workers, maintaining confidentiality, and performing general office duties (maintaining files and filing system).
Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting Clients
Answering Phones
Working with clients in a one-on-one situation
Coordinating Volunteers
Will assist in Grant Writing and Fundraising
Data Entry
Assist SE Coordinator as needed
Performs other duties as required
Qualification and Education Requirements
Ability to work with Microsoft products (Word and Excel)
Must know basic computer skills
good phone etiquette
Must have some experience with grant writing
Must be able to coordinate people for the Kettle season
