Process incoming sales orders

Invoice Customers upon completion of sales orders.

Coordinate with production to ensure products are completed on time

Order supplies/raw material

Good phone/email/customer service skills

Verify shipments have been received

Create shipping paperwork -- BOL, packing slips, bar codes, UPS, Fed Ex

Maintain correct inventory

Perform secondary spring coiling operations -- such as grinding, kick press, traying of parts, set remove

Must be able to set up and operate grinder

Use of Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks

Requirements: Must be able to lift up to #75 occasionally, and up to 50# on a regular basis

Pay range is $18-$20 based on experience.
