Sylvan Learning Center is hiring a Center Assistant with a positive and helpful attitude who will keep us on track as we go through our very busy days. Sylvan has been helping students succeed in school for over 44 years. The Center Assistant duties will include:   Greeting students and checking them into assigned tables Pull instructional materials for teachers prior to students arrival, and during instruction as requested by a teacher Facilitate a game or activity with the students during transition time Cleaning duties include: cleaning restrooms, spot vacuum as needed, wiping down instructional tables, gathering trash and disposing in garbage container Filing and putting away materials Escort students out of the building to their parent. Experience working with children preferred.   Schedule:  Monday - Thursday  3:00pm to 7:45pm                    Saturdays 8:45 to 1:15 ( at least 2 Saturdays a month required
