job summary:

We are seeking dedicated and efficient Picker Packers to join our team in a cold facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling meal delivery boxes by accurately placing prepackaged food items into designated boxes on the assembly line. This position requires individuals who can work efficiently in a low-temperature environment, ensuring quality and accuracy in every order. Key Responsibilities: Stand for extended periods while working on an assembly line in temperatures ranging from 35°F to 38°F. Accurately pick prepackaged food items and place them into boxes according to specific meal plans. Ensure that all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with products to the supervisor immediately. Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed. Fast pace environment!

salary: $17/hr

work hours: 6:00AM to 2:00PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• up to 20 lbs. (light lifting)

skills:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Inspect quality and defects of products

• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications

• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices

• Inspect material supplies and inventory

dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Sweaters. Warm Clothing. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
