Role Purpose
An entry level, support-focused position that entails a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting with packing and shipping to supporting internal events and customer requests, all while maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence. The Coordinator will ensure adherence to established processes and safety regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Tradeshow department. In addition, they will be responsible for administrative support for the team and special projects, as assigned. Position will work with department supervisor and team members, as well as internal customers, staff groups, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop professional working relationships with team, customer base and vendors
Assist team members with packing, shipping, and returns as needed, while adhering to established policies and processes to meet customer requirements
Assist with mock setups for shows as needed, which could involve construction/assembly of modular booth properties
Responsible for maintenance of the Tradeshow warehouse location, including cleanliness
Ordering of supplies
Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections with the Warehouse Specialist
Support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives and audits
Support internal events and setups
Support customer requests as assigned
Fulfill shipment-only requests, both domestic and international
Contribute to internal projects
Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by supervisor, which could include customer survey distribution, updating show photo portfolio, Sharepoint Online website, and reporting needs
Contribute to department time tracking and metrics program to drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
Utilize the Exhibit Force platform for inventory management. Act as system administrator, responsible for data accuracy, audits, and reporting functions
Leverage department technology platforms (i.e. SharePoint, MSFT Teams, FORMS, OneDrive) for department assignments
Identify and implement improvement opportunities
Open and close the Tradeshow warehouse daily
Experiences/Education - Required
Experience with logistics / shipping desired
Experience with operation of general power tools desired
Forklift certification a plus
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective computer skills with focus on Microsoft 365. Ability to learn systems
Prioritize projects and manage multiple tasks concurrently

If not currently forklift certified, willingness to take, and are capable of, completing certification
Work & Travel Requirements
8am – 5pm, M-F, however extended workdays, weekends and holidays may be required
Candidate to be located in Corning, NY area or within an hour driving distance
Candidate will work daily from the Tradeshow location in Big Flats, NY
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle
Travel expected to be less than 10%, domestic only

The range for this position is $39,014.00 - $53,645.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
