Scope of Position Provide HVAC technical support within the WorkPlace Services division of Corning, Inc at the Sullivan Park, Head Quarters, Houghton Park campuses and other facilities. Support capital projects and engineering initiatives within the WPS organization Help maintain HVAC systems, chillers, compressed air, and other facility systems Support preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and coordinate with local union trades and 3rd party contractors as needed Prepare and submit summary reports of equipment conditions with recommendations for improvement Comply with safety procedures, building and state code requirements Promote continuous improvement of operational, safety and environmental performance Create, audit, revise process documentation and procedures for HVAC and facility equipment Provide occasional after-hours technical support for on call or weekend coverage
