Our Client is Hiring! This is a HIRE OFF RESUME opportunity! No interviews will take place. What You'll Do: Assist the accounting department in various clerical tasks to support financial transactions, record-keeping, and data entry. This is a hybrid role (Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite, Mon/Fri Remote) Apply today!

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently

• Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain electronic records

• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor statements

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation

• Handle filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents

• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as required
