About Us: Kinseth Hotel Corporation is a management company operating full service, select and economy branded properties throughout the Midwest. We are seeking a strong, confident and hardworking individual to join our multi-branded hotel’s revenue management team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue and keep our hotels competitive. You will analyze market trends, assess competition, and forecast demand to optimize pricing and enhance overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create Pricing Strategies:

o Develop and implement pricing strategies for rooms and packages, ensuring competitive rates that attract guests and maximize revenue.

o Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy and generating business.

o Work closely with General Managers of the hotels to monitor customer trends and reservations, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies.

  1. Conduct Competition Analyses:

o Perform regular evaluations of competitor pricing to identify trends and ensure our offerings are competitive.

o Analyze special events in the hotel markets and their potential impact on hotel demand.

  1. Forecasting and Reporting:

o Forecast future demand and pricing trends based on historical data, market analysis, and industry benchmarks.

o Generate comprehensive revenue reports to track performance and inform decision-making.

  1. Inventory Management:

o Understand and apply inventory management processes to optimize room availability and pricing strategies.

  1. Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with sales teams to gather and analyze sales figures, ensuring alignment between pricing strategies and sales initiatives.

o Communicate effectively across departments to align goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a revenue specialist or similar role in hospitality with at least 5 years in the hotel industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
