The Position

The Recruiter will deliver recruiting results and exceed expectations by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent who fit the culture, mission, vision, and values of Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric.

The recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting in a fast paced, high-energy environment while strengthening the company’s image as the employer of choice for the home services industry. This position will require the following:

• 3-5 Years’ Experience as a Skilled Trade R ecruiter Working for a Licensed Plumbing, HVAC and/or Electrical Contractor.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Self-starter

• Computer operations using Microsoft Office or similar software/platforms

• Recruiting / Interviewing

  Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively and successfully as part of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Ability to complete assignments within time requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and associates

• Flexibility to adjust to changing work conditions, assignments, priorities

• Flexibility of daily working hours

• Initiative to take on additional responsibilities to support Company’s rapid growth

• Dependability and ability to follow instructions

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) would be a PLUS

  Physical Capabilities:

• Clean driving record

• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time

Additional Information:

This position will require working indoors and possibly outdoors.

Typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with occasional weekend work
