Temp Concert Hall Workers for Summer:

Job Description

• Acting as stagehand for concerts

• Helping to set up and tear down stage for a wide variety of events in any of the Concert Halls

• Supporting the stage manager on designated activities during shifts

• Work as stage manager for events as designated by the Production Manager

• Setting up basic lighting, sound, and video for events

• Following stage plots and manager directions

• Working as an Usher for designated events

• Work with audience services/box office as needed

Minimum requirements::

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Ability to remain calm while under pressure

• Prior experience in stage management a plus

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification and Licensing:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
