Job Title: Marketing and Events Project Manager

Job Status: Year Round Full Time

Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2,384.62 to $2,563.46 biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. May be eligible for a discretionary bonus annually - Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidized medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disability options; season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Job Summary: Marketing & Events Project Manager serves as a critical connection point between the Events and Marketing teams to ensure all internal and external touchpoints are being met, are on brand, on strategy, on time, and deliver a positive experience for our guests. Works in close partnership with the Events Manager, Marketing Manager, Design Manager and Partnerships Sr. Manager to ensure scope of Marketing campaigns and programs, events, programming and partner activation/obligation are clearly understood, translates those details to action items for the marketing team and in support of event execution and partnership obligation fulfillment. The ideal candidate for this role is well versed in project management software systems, is highly organized and a natural problem solver. They thrive working in a team environment, but have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Basic Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with project management theory and best practices. - Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and complex projects in a project management software, preferably Wrike - Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills - Strong organizational, time management, analytical and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Ability to prioritize tasks in the most efficient manner based on business need and operational impact - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays and long hours. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Must be at least 18 years old
