Vusion Group Inc Solution Architect in Coppell, Texas
You will provide technical expertise on all company products, particularly VusionGroups proprietary VUSION Retail IoT platform, which combines advanced ESL (electronic shelf labeling) technology with low-power communication infrastructure, high resolution color displays, sensors, active NFC (near field communication), ultra-high speed data transfer and LED-flashing computer vision. You will apply experience and expertise in cloud computing, microservices architecture, data analytics, enterprise integration and retail business operations to improve our customers experiences. Your daily activities will include:
- Consulting with tier 1 customers to: discern competitiveness of technologies; discuss technical requirements, product specifications, and productivity; and assess functionality and applicability of products according to customer needs
- Understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how VusionGroups technologies will integrate with current infrastructure, as well as service future needs
- Developing new business cases based on customers needs and our portfolio of solutions.
- Directing pilot and rollout projects in close cooperation with Sales and Logistics
- Answering first-level technical and operational-related questions from the customer/partner and leading technical customer workshops and discussions
- Providing sales support and leading sales presentations to prospective customers
- Contributing to proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
- Supporting customers business case analysis by providing a relevant set of KPIs.
- Measuring the performance and reliability of the Vusion Group solution by providing a set of technical KPIs to the customer.
- Answering cyber security assessments and implementing corrective actions with our internal IT team if required.
- Collaborating with the Project Managers on project estimates and delivery
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders
- Providing technical mentorship to internal sales and channel partners and assisting them in effectively selling the companys solutions
- Communicating with both technical and non-technical team members as a subject matter expert.
- Limited U.S. and international travel to client sites (35-40%).
