Overview  

Lutron is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Accounts Receivable Team in the Accounting Services Department at our Annex office in Center Valley, PA. As a member of this team, you will be part of a world-class company, responsible for processing and applying payments. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Lutron customers in both commercial and residential channels, as well as our global sales and service team, to support and achieve our annual sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities  

• Utilize your computer skills by working with various software programs, including our ERP system, Salesforce, Lutron's CRM Tool, and the Microsoft Suite.
• Demonstrate your attention to detail by excelling in activities such as Spread Entry, Manual-based Retail Credits and Write-offs, Cash Application, and supporting the Accounts Receivable inbox.
• Leverage your interpersonal skills by collaborating with the internal Lutron Accounts Receivable department to resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to business improvement by helping to enhance our practices and adapt to the evolving work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous accounting receivable or collection experience preferred
• Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in office schedule.
