Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This maintenance role requires contractors to have knowledge and experience with Root Cause Analysis, PLC Troubleshooting (Programming not necessary), electrical wiring/rewiring, installations, and mechanical repairs on conveyors, gear boxes, and motors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve issues.

  • Troubleshoot PLCs without the need for programming.

  • Conduct electrical wiring and rewiring tasks.

  • Install various equipment and systems.

  • Carry out mechanical repairs on conveyors, gear boxes, and motors.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis.

  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting (Programming not necessary).

  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and rewiring.

  • Ability to perform installations and mechanical repairs on production equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with hydraulics.

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints.

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and conduit work.

Work Environment

You will be working with North America’s largest manufacturer of equipment pads and a leading supplier of components across multiple industries, including HVACR, electrical, consumer hardware retail, electrical utility, automotive retail, and pool and spa channels. The company holds 60% of the global HVAC market. Shifts are from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, and PPE is provided. Sometimes 8 hours shifts from 6am - 3;30PM
