Acxiom Senior Digital Campaign Manager in Conway, Arkansas

LOCATED IN CONWAY, ARKANSAS

The Campaign Manager supports their client with enhanced Campaign Management support in the planning, onboarding, distribution, and measurement phases of an email campaign.  As a Campaign Manager, you have an integral part in supporting Acxiom’s growth. Your expertise in in consulting and helping clients optimize email prospecting campaigns. You have strong analytical abilities, specifically to aid clients and agencies find the right people for the right campaign. You are a “storyteller”, and you can pull out insights from reporting/analysis and then craft and present points-of-view in the form of compelling presentations, all while translating high-level thinking into meaningful ideas that excite clients and deliver brand results. The candidate must possess a knowledge of email marketing and the process and requirements for partner deployment. The CM oversees the daily operation of campaigns and the teams that support them, acting as the quarterback to ensure the timely and quality delivery of email marketing campaigns and segmentation.

What you will do:

  • Drive the use of third-party data in email prospecting campaigns through consulting with customers and prospects.

  • Strategic Planning – identify opportunities and problems, uncovering the insights and proposing solutions

  • Act as a strategic partner for brands and agencies

  • Analyze/understand program performance metrics, gather insights, and make recommendations to improve future performance, engagement, and return on ad spend

  • Facilitation – provide feedback, lead discussions to encourage strong campaign segmentation ideas and pitch to clients

  • Use advanced knowledge of email marketing to provide analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of campaign design and best practices

  • Educate clients regarding email trends, market conditions, and best practices to leverage changes in the ecosystem

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to understand various influences on campaign performance

  • Capability to provide interpretation of performance, trend analysis, month-over-month performance, and segment analysis

  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail

  • Sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and project management tools

  • Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow

  • Extended workday hours may be required to complete deliverables

  • Flexibility for multitasking on many occasions

  • Must be located in Central Arkansas and report into Conway HQ

  • This specific position is not available for sponsorship
