ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator in Converse, Texas
Our client, a leading distribution company, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Schertz, TX
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
Unload trailers, verify loads for accuracy, and stage products for put-away.
Pull orders from warehouse locations and utilize conveyor systems for sorting and staging.
Load semi-trucks and smaller box trucks according to delivery requirements.
Maintain proper inventory levels using Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools.
What's Needed?
1+ year(s) of consistent experience operating power equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.).
1+ year(s) of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift 35-48lbs consistently and occasionally move up to 100lbs.
Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and criminal background check.
Willingness to adhere to safety and dress code requirements.
