Interim Assignment - Total Rewards Consultant

The interim total rewards consultant will provide coordination and support in the effective and consistent application of compensation and benefits administration policies and practices. Administers and maintains various compensation-related data management systems, and coordinates and facilitates implementation of corporate-level compensation programs and initiatives. Engages with other Human Resources stakeholders as appropriate, in the application of compensation and benefits management principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.

Essential Functions  * Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey data to determine competitiveness of compensation programs, including data mining for hard to benchmark jobs followed by data collection, analysis and feedback on results.  * Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.  * Coordinate and analyze compensation studies to review salary and variable pay practices to ensure alignment with our total rewards philosophy.  * Contribute to the design and maintenance of enterprise salary range structures.  * Review and analyze pay practices to ensure all compensation activity adheres to company guidelines and protocols.  * Work closely with Human Resource staff to collect job data and ensure consistency within the job-leveling / job architecture process.  * Provide support for promotion cycles, reviewing compensation recommendations and assisting with EIB loads into Workday.  * Manage company recognition programs and coordinate on-time payment processing.  * Create compensation reports on an ad-hoc basis.  * Assist and collaborate in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program.  * Act as a primary point of contact and consultation for Human Resources Business Partners on employee compensation issues.  * Work with Human Resources Business Partners, as appropriate, to assist client management with organizational structure development, job design, and related issues.  * Monitor receipt of employee inquiries and ensure timely response, through a centralized mailbox and/or ticketing system, on all rewards-related topics.  * Assist with open enrollment planning, Workday testing, and communication delivery.  * Process and manage billing and invoicing for US based benefit plans and coordinate approval process with Senior Benefits Manager as required.  * Coordinate with Payroll and other key stakeholders to process employee pay-related changes and perform regular audits of benefit programs to ensure proper data feeds from Workday to carriers.  * Assist in promoting and championing benefit offerings to employees company wide.  * Assist in the development, writing, editing, and modification of policies, guidelines, and procedures, as appropriate.  * Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience  * 5 or more years of experience in compensation administration, benefits program exposure preferred  * Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients in a global environment.  * Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.  * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.  * Database management skills.  * Skill in analyzing and evaluating job content and writing accurate job summary descriptions.  * Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures.  * Knowledge of organization structure, staffing patterns, and job design. * Ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex administrative systems and processes.  * Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.  * Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, and procedures.  * Knowledge of compensation and/or benefits administration principles and procedures.  * Working knowledge of computerized applications and procedures as applied to total rewards program management.  * Knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws and regulations.

Location: Conshohocken, PA preferred but can be open to other locations where we have an office. 4-6 month assignment
