We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal or Contracts Administrator in the advertising industry, based in CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania. As a Contracts Administrator, you will handle a variety of responsibilities related to contract administration, compliance, and customer service. Drawing on your skills in Cl Programming, Costpoint, CRM, DCAA, Deltek, About Time, Billing Functions, and Compliance, you will be integral in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of contract administration, ensuring all contracts are processed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a list of all state registrations and trademarks, primarily handling administrative work

• Leverage corporate paralegal experience to support internal processes and procedures

• Handle exposure to contracts and contract administration, playing a critical role in the organization

• Interface with outside counsel, addressing compliance issues and organizing insurance policy information

• Provide assistance with finance-related tasks, demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any contract-related inquiries in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records, ensuring all contract documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Requirements

• Able to perform Billing Functions accurately and efficiently

• Knowledgeable in Compliance regulations and standards

• Experience in Construction industry preferred

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Experience in Contract Administration

• Ability to conduct Compliance Audits and implement necessary changes
