Summary:

The position will primarily support staff and project-level engineers in all aspects of projects including conceptual/planning, preliminary design, detailed design, construction documentation, permitting documents and engineer reports.

Duties:

· Review of local municipal ordinances.

· Design of sites including but not limited to site layout, site grading, and site utilities.

· Assist the design team in preparation of plans for permitting and construction.

· Preparation of permit applications.

· Preparation of engineering reports, present technical information to demonstrate compliance with client requirements and/or regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

· 1-3 years’ Civil Engineering / land development (preferred) experience

· Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Preferred:

· Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred, or in pursuit of obtaining it

· Experience in land development
