Job Description-

• Rooming patients

• Assisting the physician with preparing the patient for examinations

• Noting medical history in the patient's chart, recording their vitals, measuring height/weight/blood pressure

• Providing gowns to the patient if needed for a physical exam

• Make sure any equipment/instruments needed for an exam are disinfected/sanitized and ready for the physician

• Inputting patient demographics into the EMR system

• Cleaning/restocking rooms

Skills-

• High School Diploma/GED

• At least 2+ years of back office Medical Assistant (Primary Care, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics)

• Certified MUST HAVE

• Experience with eClinical Works EMR is preferred

Work Environment-

Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5:00PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00
