Job Title: Refill Order-writer/Truck-Loader - 2nd Shift

Location: Conover, NC

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a Refill Order-writer/Truck-Loader to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a cooperative attitude, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

What’s the Job?

• Operate Lift Trucks : Safely operate lift trucks to pull stock and load trucks.

• Order Management : Read and follow instructions on converting orders, write up orders, and tag freight.

• Quality Control : Identify and stop non-conformances, and take action to prevent non-conformances related to products, processes, or the Quality/Environmental Management System.

• Continuous Improvement : Participate in the continuous improvement process by bringing forth suggestions and verifying the implementation of solutions.

• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the workplace clean and orderly.

What’s Needed?

• Lift Truck Operation : Ability to operate lift trucks.

• Teamwork : Must have a cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.

• Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Following Instructions : Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.

• Physical Ability : Ability to lift 75 – 100 pounds.
