The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Mid-market Funnel Acceleration and Internal Activation team. This role is crucial in supporting our programs and initiatives including the reporting and back-end support of our sales gamification and management with the vendor, data analysis of our programs, and support of tools used to deliver content and campaign updates and insights to sales.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Possesses basic knowledge of theory and practices within a recognized field.

  • Provide analysis of processes and data relevant to the assigned department, including technical analysis that may impact present and future performance.

  • Provide reporting solutions and data analysis that may identify business trends and results.

  • Utilize data analysis to explain issues and implications, recommend workflow and workflow process improvements.

  • Work with business units to accomplish objectives, as assigned.

  • Works on assignments of defined scope using judgment and initiative within guidelines with work subject to periodic review.

  • Develop, interpret, and implement concepts as assigned.

  • Exchanges information requiring some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action.

  • Applies tact to discuss problems, deliver reports or make recommendations.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience

  • 1-2 years business experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with incomplete or conflicting information.

  • Ambitious, proactive, and solution-focused

  • Strong collaborator and facilitator of collaboration.

  • Identifies opportunities and potential problems, addressing them effectively and efficiently

  • High comfort level and proven ability to multitask and jump from one task to another with high efficiency.

  • Willingness to learn and work in new tools.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com navigation

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), negotiating, time management and organizational skills.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$55,313 - $73,750 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$58,078 - $77,438 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$60,844 - $81,125 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
